- For participating in the auction you need to register with the website by clicking register link at the top.
- Auction will be running for stipulated time only.
- We will send the link for payment of 25% of the bidding amount, which will be taken as authentication on your credit card. This will be charged after you win the auction. Rest of the payment needs to be complete within 7 days from the date of winning the auction.
- Artist or Neokala Management reserves the rights to discontinue or postpone the auction in part or wholly.
- Artist or Neokala Management reserves the rights to cancel any particular bid if found inappropriate.
- Abusing the system is prohibited.
- Once you are declared winner of a bid you cannot cancel the bid. Also any amount charged on your credit card will not be refunded and will be taken as cancellation fees.
- Auction bids includes all the taxes and shipping charges.
- You will give the permission to keep the credit card authentication till the period of the auction.
- Management reserves the right to discontinue the auction at any time without notice.
- Auction void where ever legally not valid.
- These terms and conditions are on top of the existing terms and conditions of the website and Web purchase agreement will remain in force for these auction also.
