What is the return/refund policy?</p>

Under normal circumstances we will not return / refund the artworks purchased using neokala.com. In case artwork is damaged or lost under unavoidable circumstances we will refund full amount. For refunds to be processed please contact support@neokala.com immediately and record your complaint within 3 days. We will process the refund within 7 days of the complaint.
